All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and, where applicable, include UK VAT. Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and you receive a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect it has been placed by a reseller or distributor, where there is a pricing or product description error, or where fraud is suspected. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

We deliver across the United Kingdom using couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri. Delivery timeframes, costs and any free-delivery thresholds are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed.

As a UK consumer you may also have a statutory right to cancel online orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; for hygiene and safety reasons this right does not apply to consumable products that have been unsealed after delivery. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
