What is Shilajit?

Our Shilajit is sourced from high-altitude mountain regions known for producing the highest quality resin, and undergoes rigorous purification before reaching you.
Is your Shilajit lab tested?
Yes. All PEAKSPURITY Shilajit products are independently tested by third-party laboratories for heavy metals, contaminants and purity. Lab reports are available in the product image galleries.
What is the difference between Shilajit Resin and Shilajit Gummies?
The Resin is the traditional, concentrated format with higher potency. The Gummies are more convenient for daily use with no strong taste. Both deliver the same core benefits — try both with our Starter Bundle.
💧 Dosage & Usage
How do I take Shilajit Resin?
Take a pea-sized amount (approximately 300–500mg) once daily, dissolved in warm water, milk or tea. It is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
How many Shilajit gummies should I take per day?
Take 1–2 gummies per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
How long does Shilajit take to work?
Most people begin to notice improvements in energy and focus within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. For best results, take your supplement daily for at least 8 weeks.
Can I take Shilajit with other supplements?
Shilajit is generally well tolerated alongside other supplements and is commonly paired with Ashwagandha, Vitamin D or Magnesium. If you take prescription medication, consult your doctor first.
Is Shilajit safe to take?
Our products are independently lab tested for safety. As with any supplement, consult your GP before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication.

What if my order arrives damaged?
