📦 Order Processing

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods (such as Black Friday and Christmas) or major promotions, please allow up to 2 extra business days.

🔎 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel in real time. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of dispatch, email info@peakspurity.co.uk and we'll investigate right away.

🌍 Customs & Import Duties (International)

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

✏️ Changing or Cancelling an Order

Where does PeakSpurity ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre, so there are no import fees or customs delays for UK customers.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
First check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If your parcel is more than 3 business days late, contact us at info@peakspurity.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right — including a replacement or refund for lost parcels.
